Best New Orleans “Park and Cruise” Hotels

The good news is more cruise ships than ever are calling New Orleans home. The bad news is the Port of New Orleans charges $20 a day for parking which can get pricey. Luckily, we know a few hotels that offer free parking during your trip if you stay at least one night with them. Not only will you save, but you’ll get two vacations in one! This is, after all, one of world's most fascinating port cities.

Holiday Inn-Downtown Superdome

Park-N-Cruise Package This fun, art-filled hotel with the big clarinet mural on the side is just 1.1 miles from the port and within walking distance or a streetcar ride of the Superdome, the French Quarter, City Park and Uptown New Orleans. Stay here for at least one night pre- or post-cruise and get up to 8 nights of free parking.

Prytania Oaks

Park and Cruise Why pay to park your car during your cruise when you can stay at least two nights at the Prytania Oaks before or after you sail and receive up to 7 nights of free parking? Vehicle check-in required if your stay is after your cruise and your room must be pre-paid upon vehicle check in. Offer is available all year long except during Mardi Gras.

Prytania Park Garden District Hotel

Park and Cruise This New Orleans courtyard-style hotel is just 1.4 miles from the port in the historic Garden District. If you stay at least two nights here before or after your cruise, Prytania Park will keep your car parked on their secure lot for free. Maximum length of cruise parking is 7 nights. Some restrictions apply.

Queen Anne Garden District Hotel

Park and Cruise Stay two nights at the Queen Anne before or after your cruise adventure and receive free parking for up to 7 nights on their secure lot while you cruise. Offer is available year-round except during Mardi Gras. If you stay after your cruise, vehicle check-in is required and your room must be paid for in advance. Other restrictions may apply.
