Boudin, Bourbon & Beer, November 9

Over 70 top chefs from around the country will be demonstrating the culinary prowess at Emeril Lagasse Foundation's Annual Boudin, Boubon & Beer in Champion's Square outside the Superdome. If you've never had boudin, there won't be a better time to discover it. 

Oak Street Po-Boy Festival, November 11

The Oak Street Po-Boy Festival grows more and more popular every year. Join us in Uptown New Orleans for  art, music and all the po-boys you can eat from more than 60 vendors. 

Tremé Creole Gumbo Festival, November 17-18

Get ready to gumbo! The Tremé Creole Gumbo Festival in Armstrong Park will feature gumbo from 14 of New Orleans' top food vendors. Plus, there will be an arts market, kids area and live music all day long. 

Fête des Fromages, November 17

If you're a cheese lover, you'll want to head over to the New Orleans Jazz Museum at the U.S. Mint for Fête des Fromages. Sample artisan cheeses from all over the planet, along with wine, beer and cider.

Bayou Classic, November 24

Bayou Classic is more than a classic football rivalry between Grambling State and Southern University–it's a parade, fan festivals, a career fair and the battle of the bands. Come out and join the fun!

Celebration in the Oaks, November 23-25 and November 30-January 1 (closed Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve)

Celebration in the Oaks in City Park is 25 acres of holiday magic. Come see centuries-old oaks draped in hundreds of thousands of lights as well as numerous other festive displays. Unless your last name is Scrooge, this event is a must.
